London shows: Thursday, 16 May at 16:00 BST.
Paris shows: Monday, 20 May @ 23:59 CEST
With Verified Fan, a simple registration is all it takes to get verified for the opportunity to be invited to shop for tickets. While it does not guarantee that everyone will get a ticket, it does level the playing field, so a fan is only up against another fan – without racing against bots – for the same ticket.
Due to the limited quantity of tickets, they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It's a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.
- Once verified, you will receive an access code via two SMS on the morning of the on sale. The message will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, and your unique access code. Keep your phone handy – you'll receive the SMS 2-4 hours before the on sale.
- Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account in advance. Know your Ticketmaster password, or reset your password in advance.
- For a faster checkout, make sure you have a valid credit card with updating billing information in your account. Make sure your credit card has sufficient funds to cover your highest possible purchase total.
When the on sale Begins at 09:00 (venue local time).
- Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time.
- Enter your unique access code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code exactly as it appears in the text you receive or that you are signed in using the account you registered for the #VerifiedFan on sale with.
- Due to demand, after entering your #VerifiedFan access code, you may experience a longer than usual wait time using the ticket search. Do not refresh the page during this time.
- When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets, may result in errors.
- Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the ticket limit of four (4).
- The unique access code is valid for up to four (4) tickets total, and it can be used across multiple shows. EXAMPLE: 4 tickets to one event only, or 2 tickets for one event and 2 tickets for another event and so on.

Who can register for the ICON Fan club Verified Fan opportunity?
ICON is Madonna's official fan club. ICON members qualified with Lifetime Legacy status as of October 30, 2011 may register through Thursday, 16 May @ 16:00 BST for London shows, and through Monday, 20 May at 23:59 CEST for Paris shows, to become a Verified Fan and receive first access to tickets when they become available to Verified ICON Lifetime Legacy members on Monday, 20 May at 09:00 BST for London shows, and Thursday 23 May at 10:00 CEST for Paris shows.
- Icon member presale runs through Tuesday, 21 May @ 16:00 BST for London shows, and through Friday, 24 May @ 17:00 CEST for Paris shows.
- Please make sure you register using the same e-mail address as your ICON membership.
- If you enter an invalid e-mail address your entry will be discounted.
- REMINDER: Your unique access code is valid for up to four (4) tickets total, and it can be used across multiple shows. EXAMPLE: 4 tickets to one event only, or 2 tickets for one event and 2 tickets for another event and so on.

Who can register for the CITI® Verified Fan opportunity?
Citi® is the official credit card for the Madonna's UK Tour, and as such, Citi® Debit Cardholders can take advantage of a special Citi® Presale powered by Verified Fan for tour dates in the United Kingdom. Citi® Debit Cardholders can register throughThursday, May 16 @ 16:00 BST for London shows, and through Monday, 20 May @ 23:59 CEST for Paris shows, to unlock access to tickets and use their Citi® card to complete the ticket purchase if verified.
The London Citi® Presale begins Wednesday 22 May at 09:00 BST and will continue through Thursday, 23 May at 16:00 BST.
The Paris Citi® Presale begins Friday 24 May at 10:00 CEST and will continue through Saturday 25 May at 17:00 CEST.
You will be required to enter the first six digits of your card number when registering which will identify you as a Citi® cardmember. If you enter an invalid card number your entry will be discounted.

I've registered for the General Public Verified Fan On Sale. When should I expect my access code?
If you are verified and selected, you will receive an access code via SMS on Friday 24 May prior to the on sale at 09:00 (venue local time). Please note, tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the ticket limit per access code?
Each code has a ticket limit of four (4).
Will there be hotel packages available?
Yes, there will be the option to purchase hotel packages during the Verified Fan on sale.
Will there be accessible tickets available?
Yes, you will be able to use your code to purchase accessible seating which will be clearly flagged on the purchase page.
Can the access code be split across multiple shows?
Yes, the code can be used across multiple shows; for instance, 4 tickets to one event only, or 2 tickets for one event and 2 tickets for another event and so on.
The on sale has started, I registered and never received my access code?
Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code or have the ability to purchase tickets.
I registered for the last #VerifiedFan opportunity, shouldn't I always get a code?
Each #VerifiedFan tour is unique and you must register for each one separately.
Why didn't my Verified Fan on sale code work?
You may have maxed out your ticket limit of 4. Due to demand, each #VerifiedFan Onsale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.
Why did I receive a #VerifiedFan on sale code but I cannot get tickets?
We've seen massive interest for this tour and #VerifiedFan tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed.
Make sure you keep your unique code for any future Verified Fan Madonna on sales.
If I'm not Verified will I still have a chance to get tickets?
Verified Fan Registration is the best way to access tickets. However, if tickets remain, they will become available starting Saturday 25 May @ 09:00 BST for London shows, and Tuesday 28 May for Paris shows.
What happens if I'm on the waiting list?
Keep your phone close by – if you move off the waiting list, you will receive an SMS with your access code details on the morning your presale takes place. Refer to the above timeline for confirmation of when this would be. Keep in mind, your notification may come at any time after the on sale begins. When notified, your SMS will include:
- A link to begin your purchase
- Your unique access code
Please also watch your email, if there are SMS delivery issues, such as an incorrectly entered mobile number or network issues, we will email your access code details. Purchasers are held to a 4 ticket limit.
